He is survived by: his son Andrew Lewis Murphy of Glasgow, KY; his stepson James Alan Brown of Columbia, KY; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Gose (Justin), Christopher Brown, Dawn Scroggins (David) and Candace Wooten; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison, Justin, Damien, Bradley and Jacob; and his siblings, Linda Lewis (Carson) of Columbia, KY, Dorothy Jean Coomer of Columbia, KY, James "Bo" Murphy (Pam) of Columbia, KY and Kenneth Murphy of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
