He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Ervin and Eva Nell Graves Tooley. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Rowe Tooley of Columbia One; his children, Alex Tooley (Lacy) of Columbia One and Alexis Grant (Derek) of Columbia Two; his siblings, Jamie Tooley (Naomi) of Tompkinsville, Alex Bernard Tooley of Lexington and Leticia Emberton of Glasgow; and his son James Ervin Brewer of Tompkinsville.
