He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Logan and Mamie Fitzgerald Logan; his wife Joyce Bolin Logan; his son Jerry Logan (Donna); and his siblings, Tressie Terry, Mary Helen Ballou and Billy Logan.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Phelps (Jamie Phelps); his grandchildren, Jay Logan (Roger Rutkai), Arraya Phelps, Jerrod Phelps and Abella Phelps; and his close friends, Patty, Porter Morrow, Jody, Vernon Petrey, Brandi Perry and Charles Evans.
