He is survived by : his children, David Douglas Scott (Juanita) of Columbia, KY and Shannon Renee Scott Gadberry of Columbia, KY; his grandsons, Jonathan Scott (Billie Elizabeth), Corey Scott (Harlie), Anthony Alley (Ashley) and Cody Gadberry; his great grandchildren, Jaden, Rory, Riley Scott, Levi Money, Lanie Wilbanks, Timree and Layton Alley; and his sister Marlene Flatt (Melvin) of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
