She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Wayne and Louise Lawhorn Furkin. She is survived by: her sisters, Jean Mann Lafaiver (Ken) of Columbia, Cathy Shelton of Lebanon and Connie Lawhorn of Columbia, Kentucky.. She is also survived by family.
