She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Smith and Dellie Frances Allison Smith; her husband Ray Wilkinson; her great grandchild Eli Luke Smith; and her brother Buddy Smith.
She is survived by: her son Danny; her daughter-in-law Sandy Wilkinson of Columbia; her daughter Donna Simpson of Columbia Three; her grandchildren, Brittany Smith (Kyle), Derek Wilkinson (Jessica) and Jessica Simpson (Deven Stone); and her great grandchildren, Abby Lou Smith, Mason Wilkinson and Cooper Wilkinson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Grissom-Martin Funeral Home (200 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests memorials to Mt. Carmel Cemetery Fund or Gideon Bibles.
