She was predeceased by : her parents, E. P. Waggener and Audrey Chelf Waggener; her husband Lucian Grant "Peanut" McKinley; her daughters, Marcia Burton Cook and Mitzi Bault; her grandson Stewart; and her siblings, Jean Cravens, Arthur Lee Waggener and Ed Waggener.
She is survived by : her sons, Mitchell McKinley (Donna) of Bowling Green, KY and Mark McKinley of Glasgow, KY; her son-in-law Ricky Bault of Columbia; her grandchildren, Cyndi Skains, Mitch McKinley II, Holly Jo McKinley, Steven Burton, Amy Whitaker, Anna Burton Murray and Joey Burton; her siblings, Annette Richards (Jim) of Bowling Green and Ralph Waggener (Glinda); and her sister-in-law Linda Waggener of Columbia. She is also survived by Several great- grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
