He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil Ray and Mary Frances Pendleton Burton; his wife Sharon Moss Burton; and his siblings, Ralph Burton, Lewis Burton, Edgar Burton, George Burton and Jewel Burton.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Burton, Jason Burton and Julie Burton; and his siblings, Phillip Burton, Billy Burton, Judy Bolin and Jean Beard. He is also survived by Five grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
