He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin McKinney and Cecil Lou McKinney; and his siblings, Bobby McKinney, Louise McKinney, Vernon Lee "Pete" McKinney and Allene Holmes.
He is survived by: his brother Steve McKinney (Nancy) of Columbia, KY; and his nieces and nephews, David McKinney (Sheila), Tammy McKinney (Mike Nilles), Barry McKinney, Doug McKinney (Susie) and Ann Keltner (Brad).
