She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Hubert and Alberta Elizabeth Williams O'Brien; her son Chris Everett Hale; and her siblings, Dale, Wayne, Alan O'Brien and Patricia O'Brien Cardona.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Charles Hale, Jr. (Donna) of Valparaiso, IN, Ricky Hale (Kim) of Downers Grove, IL and Melody Hale Brown of Columbia, KY; and her brother Larry O'Brien (Melissa) of Georgetown, IL. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
