He was predeceased by: his parents, Orpha Foley (McGowan) and Velmer Foley; and his siblings, Loretta Cook and Alben Foley. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Foley (Stapp) of Columbia, KY.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
