She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar LaRue and Ruby England Jessie; her husband Frank Ramsey; and her brother D. L. Jessie, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Rogers (Joe) of Columbia, Beverly Rowe (Kenzie) of Columbia, Mike Ballou of Campbellsville and Donna Rogers (Greg) of Columbia; her sister Ruth Williams of Glasgow Seven; her grandchildren, Johnathan Rowe (Kelly), Barry Rowe (Izabela), Cortney Holmes (Jonathon), Cassie Jo Rogers (Evan), Jessica Wilkinson (Derek), Samantha Hollis (Jesse) and Zachary Ballou; and her close friend Glen Raines of Columbia.
