She was predeceased by : her parents, Haywood Harris and Cora Farley Harris; her husband Robert Lee Curtis; her sons, Anthony Charles and Jeffrey Michael Curtis; her grandson Nicholas Siemer; and her siblings, Hayward Harris, Loretta Patterson, Kermit Harris and Carlos Harris.
She is survived by : her son Robert Lee Curtis (Mary Ann) of Columbia, KY; her grandchildren, Ashley Vaught, Amber Curtis, Chris Seymour, Anthony Hughes, Jeffrey Montano and Alexis Haupt; and her sisters, Betty Rice (Hobert) of Carrollton, KY and Mildred "Pearl" Holliman of Columbia, KY. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
