He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Taylor Sparks of Columbia, KY; his daughter Tabetha Sparks of Morristown, TN; his granddaughter Willow Sparks; his sister Sue Sparks of Campbellsville, KY; his sibling's children, Jason Sparks (Leslie), Hailey Staten (Chandler), Briley Taylor, Sherry Burris and Casey Taylor (Sheavon); and his siblings-in-law, Barney Taylor (Nancy) and Kathy Taylor. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, friends.
