He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Frazier and Mattie Eva Bowe. He is survived by: his son Joe Willis Manderfield of Portland; his siblings, John Patterson of Canton, Dessilean Carradine of Columbia, Avis Miller of Aurora, Brenda Smith of Columbia and Alla Dean Walkup of Columbia; and his close friend Sheryl Parmley of Burkesville Three. He is also survived by Three grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
