She was predeceased by: her parents, Atties Allen and Nannie Dohoney Hatcher; her husband J. D. Biggs; and her siblings, Ralph, James, William, Billy, Bob, Tommy, Wayne, Kenneth Hatcher, Barbara Hatcher, Brenda Henson, Bedelia Burchett, Pat Morrison and Mae Lucas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Haste of Columbia, KY and Carolyn Garmon (Shane) of Columbia, KY; her grandchildren, Natalie Marcum (Joe), Brandi Feese (Dylan), Jacob Doss (Natalie), Adam Doss (Lexi), Trey Garmon (Allison) and Tanner Garmon; and her great grandchildren, Emery Doss, Maverick Doss, Aubree Garmon and Avery Garmon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
