It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Swafford of Columbia, Kentucky, born in Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Sylvia Foxx Thompson and John Pattisson; her husband Ronnie G. Swafford; and her brother Clay Pattisson. She is survived by : her children, Ronald Swafford (Tasha) of Clarksville, TN, Amy Lynn Swafford Caudill of Clarksville, TN and David Hacker (Melisha) of London, KY.; her grandchildren, Hunter Swafford, Charleigh Swafford, Gunner Swafford, Jace Caudill, Amber Collier (Chris) and Ariel Estep; her great grandchildren, Luka and Lux Collier; and her siblings, Juss Pattisson, John Russell Pattisson, Sanna Martin and Gail Pattisson Smith.
