He was predeceased by: his parents, Bro. James Woodruff "Jim" and Ruby Lonie Bradshaw Yates. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Yates (Meggin) of Columbia, KY and Felicia VanArsdale (Todd) of Columbia, KY; his grandchildren, Erin Brockman (Dustin), Cody Yates (Rylee Beard), Schyler VanArsdale (Caitlyn) and Quinton VanArsdale; his stepgranddaughter Molly Hadley; and his great grandchild Georgia Rose Yates.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
