She is survived by: her mother Diana Grider Blair of Russell Springs; her children, Mitchell Marlow of Columbia and Angela Blair of Columbia; and her siblings, Shane Blair of Russell Springs, Ronald Blair (Kathy) of Russell Springs, Roger Blair of Cincinnati, Ohio, Brenda Blair Spoon of Russell Springs, Glenda Lawless of Monticello and Linda Bell of Jamestown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Bernard Funeral Home to offset the cost of final expenses.
