She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennett Mullins and Betty Hilton Mullins; and her brother Jeff Mullins. She is survived by: her husband Lynn Helm of Columbia, KY; her daughters, Angel Mullins (Matt Wheeler) of Jamestown, KY, Anna Scott (Bradley) of Columbia, KY and Leah Helm of Columbia, KY; her grandchildren, Emma Helm, Rylee Montgomery (Kenny), Jordan Turner, Raelynn Scott, Bryson Scott and Gabby Zapata; and her siblings, Lisa Tucker of Columbia, KY, Audra Meadows (Gary) of Russell Springs, KY, Mike White of Lexington, KY, Chris White of North Carolina and Diane Burton of Columbia, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
