Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Bearwallow Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund and can be left at the funeral home.
