She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Overstreet and Laura Burton Overstreet; her husband Richard Marshall Goode; her son-in-law Jerry Compton; and her siblings, Howard Overstreet, Iva Jones and Montra Sanders.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Compton of Columbia and Sandra Abernathy (Tim) of Russell Springs; her sister-in-law Mary Goode of Nicholasville Five; and her grandchildren, Matthew Compton (Jerrica), Taylor Abernathy, Jerry Wayne Compton, Kelli Parson (Patrick) and Michael Compton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Grissom-Martin Funeral Home (200 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
