She was predeceased by: her husband William L. "Bill" Walker; and her brothers, Paul Walkup and James Lawrence Walkup. She is survived by: her son Larry; her daughter-in-law Cindy Walker of Columbia; her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Ben Cosentino of East Hanover; her sisters, Marie Gosser of Somerset and Jean Combs of Louisville; her grandchildren, Ben Cosentino (Sandy), Jessica Cosentino, Natalie Goodin (Neil) and Wes Walker (Baylee); and her great grandchildren, Michael, Anthony Cosentino, Alley, Barrett, Walker Goodin, Maeve and Grace Walker.

In lieu of flowers, Maxine requested that donations be made to Columbia United Methodist Church, which can be left at the funeral home.
