She is survived by: her children, Carl Dwayne Kelsay of Columbia, David Allen Kelsay (April Stotts) of Columbia, Stephen Allen Kelsay (Haley) of Columbia and Charlotte May Kelsay (Joseph Harrison) of Columbia; and her siblings, Leon Spencer of Cundiff, Demon Spencer of Cundiff, Faylene Smith of Cundiff, Marlene Rooks of Columbia, Joyce Loy of Columbia, Donna Ford of Columbia and Dorothy Murphy of Columbia. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a great-grandchild.
