She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Couch and Flarence Couch. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Fruth of Glensfork, KY; her grandchildren, Austin of Glensfork, KY and Aspen Fruth of Glensfork, KY; and her sister-in-law Joann Trumpis of Columbia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
