She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman McLean and Jewell Rose McLean; and her sons, Brent Ollery and Mike Ollery. She is survived by : her son Darrell Ollery (Donna) of Columbia; her daughter-in-law Melanie Ollery of Columbia Two; her siblings, Bill McLean of Dayton, Dan McLean of Louisville One and Nancy Bryant of Columbia Three; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Breeding (Steven), Lauren Ollery and Noah Ollery.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Columbia Cemetery (315 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY 42728).

Pat requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Kosair Children's Hospital which can be left or mailed to the funeral home.
