He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father James Bailey; his former life partner Theresa McLean Bailey; his mother June Baker Bailey White of Columbia; his wife Robin Bailey of Columbia; his son Stephen; and his daughter-in-law Tiffany Bailey of Land.
