D.) of Columbia, KY; her granddaughters, Heather Bennett (Juston) of Columbia, KY, Samantha Harrelson (Neil) of Columbia, KY and Sara Grider of Riverside, CA; her great grandchildren, Chloe Grider and Tilly Harrelson; her sister-in-law Nancy Mann of Columbia, KY; and her caregivers, Kathy Coffey and Helen Williams.
