He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Bunch Hadley of Columbia, KY; his sons, Mitchell Hadley of Russell Springs, Jeffrey Hadley (Kim) of Columbia, KY, Jerry Hadley (Vickie) of Jamestown, KY, Frankie Hadley (Rejeena) of Columbia, KY, Billy Hadley (Patricia) of Columbia, KY, Anthony Hadley (Lori Kelsay) of Columbia, KY and Chris Hadley of Columbia, KY; his grandchildren, Kyle Hadley, Ashley Burns, Kristy Claywell, Joshua Hadley, Mariah Peters (Joe), Kenisha Kelsay, McKenzie Myers and Karlee Kelsay; his siblings, Bro. Elbert Hadley (Edith) of Fairplay, KY, Dallas Hadley (Julie) of Fairplay, KY, Carnell Hadley (Debbie) of Fairplay, KY and Wanda Helm (Bud) of Fairplay, KY; and his close friends, Darrell, Wanda Karnes, Cheyenne Morgan and Chandler Bennett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
