She was predeceased by: her father Fred Lawrence Lee, Sr.; her husband John Michael "Doc" Jackson; and her sister Karen Bishop. She is survived by: her mother Doris Jean Milburn Montgomery of Columbia, KY; her children, Brooke Jackson and Michael Jackson (Mandy); her grandchildren, Lorielle Jackson Hall, Andrea Ralph and Carson Smith; and her siblings, Fred Lee (Brenda), Larry Lee (Jo) and Pam Lee (Gary Marvel). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
