With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Corbin of Columbia, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2025 at the age of 72. As William departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Ray and Helen Lorene Branham Corbin; and his sister Sandra Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Wheeler Corbin of Columbia One; his children, Stephen Frank Corbin of Columbia One and Lisa Bailey of Columbia One; and his siblings, Jimmie Ray Corbin of Glasgow Four, Nancy Stevens of Somerset, Wanda Janes of Breeding, Brenda Duncan of Edmonton and Susan Richards of Russell Springs.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grissom-Martin Funeral Home (200 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
