He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bert "Bill" and Margaret Watson Downs; his wife Elaine Bennett Downs; his son Josh Downs; and his daughter-in-law Kimberly Downs.
He is survived by: his son Chris Downs of Columbia Three; and his grandchildren, Easton Downs (Bree) of Columbia, Grayson Downs (Kandance) of Columbia and McKenna Downs of Columbia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
