He is survived by: his mother Doris Jane Harmon Streeval of Franklin, IN; his daughters, Lacey Barkes of Knifley, KY and Shannon Sims (Craig) of Hope, IN; his grandchildren, Alec Hoeltke, Brooke Hoeltke, Caleigh Miller, Leslie Jones (Donte) and Tessa Sims; his siblings, Charles Streeval, Jr. of Indiana, Lisa Jane Streeval of Indiana and Adam Wayne Streeval of Indiana; and his niece Rebecca Studer.
