He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Chatman and Trevor Ellen Murrell Willis; his wife Bessie Imogene Combest Willis of Columbia, KY; his children, William Murrell Willis of Columbia, KY and Sherry Cowherd (David) of Campbellsville, KY; his grandchildren, Carrie Gupton (Joe), Jessie Brockman and Rebekah Renner (Isaac); and his great grandchildren, Ella Gupton, Margaret "Maggie" Gupton, James Gupton, Theodore Brockman and Simon Brockman.
