He was predeceased by: his son Mark Muscovalley; his sister Barbara Munsell; his brother-in-law Mike Lee; and his parents, George Thomis and Shirley Cowles Muscovalley.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Morrison Muscovalley; his daughter Melissa Barrett (Steve) of Signal Mountain, TN; his grandsons, Daniel Muscovalley (Raegan) of So, Derek Muscovalley (Shera) of Benton, KY, D. J. Muscovalley (Grace) of Fancy Farm, KY and Nicholas Barrett of Signal Mountain; his great grandchildren, Eli, Julian, Emalyne, Grayson, Myles, Axel and Charleston; and his sister Mary Jane Lee of Arlington, KY..
