She is survived by : her husband Larry Coots of Combs, KY; her daughter Malissa Combs of Combs, KY; her grandchildren, Sara Combs of Combs, KY and Jacob Combs of Combs, KY; and her siblings, Brenda Couch of Yerkes, KY, Janet Booker (Robert), Bobby Strunk of Combs, KY, Jackie Strunk of Combs, KY and Rex Strunk (Wanda Faye).
