He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Louise Pennington (Tootsie); and his wife Tommie Jean Pennington. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Gross (Lonnie), Lindsay Pennington, Josh Pennington (Jona), Jeff Pennington (Shawna), John Pennington and Joe Pennington.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Combs Baptist Church.
