He is survived by: his children, Alex Chadwell (Stacy) and Joyce Chadwell; his grandchildren, Joshua Adams (China), Aaron Adams (Julianne), Nick Chadwell, Grace Fugate, Carrie Fugate and Peyton Fugate; his great grandchild Paisley Adams; his siblings, Donna Jean Williams (Rex) and Tollie "Todd" Chadwell (Yvonne); and his sister-in-law Brenda Sowder. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
