She was predeceased by : her parents, Jake Garland and Della Smith Garland; and her siblings, Levi Garland, Duke Garland, Henry Garland, Jerry Garland, Mae Carter, Peggy "Tootsie" Wilburn and Janice McCrystal.
She is survived by : her close friend Joe Roskopf of Corbin, Kentucky.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, plus a host of other relatives, church family & friends.
