It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amanda Perkins of Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brooks and Arnie Brooks; her husband Junior Ben Perkins (JB); and her brother Ronald Brooks. She is survived by: her sons, Dewayne Perkins and George Perkins; her grandchildren, Derek Perkins, Niki White and Natasha Dugger; her great grandchildren, Raegan White, Landen White and Roselyn Bixby; and her siblings, Donald Brooks, Harold Brooks (Betty), Naomi Keeton and Ruby Snoderly. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
