He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelso Dunn and Ruby Dunn. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles, Carson, Bill Dunn and Beverly Dunn; his in-laws, Joe and Mildred Sproles; his son-in-law Donnie Lincks; his grandson Caleb Dunn; his wife Judy Sproles Dunn; his children, Andra Johnson (Mark), Angela Links and Andy J. Dunn (Kim); his grandchildren, Collin Dunn (Emily), Olivia Monhollen (Rodgie), Sophia Dunn and Eli Dunn; and his great grandchildren, Magnolia Monhollen and Charlotte Dunn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Andy Dunn's memory to Gideons International or the Caleb Dunn Memorial Scholarship Fund at Eastern Kentucky University.
