He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Perry and Bonnie Perry; his siblings, Harold Perry, Truman Perry and Ova Hall; and his great grandchild McKinley Grace Grubb.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon R. Perry; his daughters, Tonya Sams (Marlon) and Tammy Sizemore (Jamie); his grandchildren, Brandon Grubb (Shenoah), Miranda Jackson, Kayla King (Kyle) and Karmyn Sams; his great grandchildren, Karson, Kamry, Kennady King, Brantley Grubb and Austin Hood; his nieces, Lisa Perry (Ralph Jackson) and Kathy Pinkston (Billy); and his close friend Wayne Bryant. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
