He was predeceased by: his mother Maggie Bess Parker; and his brothers, Edward Parker and Robert Parker. He is survived by: his father Carlie W. Parker; his wife Kathyrn Parker; his children, Daniel Parker (Casey), Carlie Parker (Alene) and Sarah Poore; his stepson Greg Davis; his grandchildren, Rhagan Pridemore, Emilee Grace Poore, Eliza Faith Poore, Carlie Nicholas Parker, Briana Davis, Abbey Davis, Kaden Davis and Addison Davis; his great grandchild Easton Pridemore; and his brothers, Larry Parker (Peanut) and Nick Parker (Rose). He is also survived by his family, Bill will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701).
