He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hembree and Nellie Brooks Hembree; his former wife Shelby Hembree; his son Bill Hembree; his son-in-law David Cinnamon; and his siblings, Tom Delfus Hembree, Jackie Ray Hembree, Elmer Ray Hembree, Della Brewer, Carrie Golden and Marie Hendrickson.
He is survived by: his wife Eula Hembree; his daughter Vickie Cinnamon; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Hembree; his grandchildren, Brooke, Chris Partin, Courtney and Merle Middleton; his great grandchildren, Tytus Schultz, Jaxson Middleton, Link Partin and Gracie Middleton; and his sister Naomi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
