He is survived by: his siblings, Shelby Jean Taylor of Louisville and Ozene McKeehan (Carol) of Corbin; his caregiver Carla Harris; his children, Kathy Lynn Black (David) of Keavy, Deanna Hill (Sean) of Papillion, NE and Billy McKeehan Jr. (Ashley) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Cody Roark (Genna), Makenzie Robinson (Bryan), Dalton Hill, Chace Roark, Abigail Jones, Seana Hill, Brayden McKeehan and Kinsley McKeehan; and his great grandchildren, June Roark and Liza B. Robinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends and family.
