He was predeceased by: his father Robert Nolan Rapier; and his siblings, Ralph Rapier, Arlene Rapier and Irene Jones. He is survived by: his fiancée Carol Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Troy Hart, Brenda Hart and Donna Rapier. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
