She is survived by: her husband Glen Hammons of Corbin, Kentucky; her daughters, Michelle Gilbert and Felicia Bates (Garry); her siblings, Larry Jones (Linda) of Corbin, Kentucky and Diane Thomas of Crestline Ohio; her grandchildren, Kristien Woolum (Christian) of Corbin, Kentucky and Garry Isaac Bates, Jr. (LeAnne); and her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Everleigh Woolum of Corbin, Kentucky, Oliver Woolum of Corbin and Jay Bates of London Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
