He is survived by: his sons, Brian Maxey Jr. of Corbin, KY and Brandon Maxey (Katherine) of Corbin, KY; his siblings, Judy Maxey of East Bernstadt, KY, Emily Maxey (Charlie) of London, KY and Donnie Maxey (Marilyn) of London, KY; his close friend Della Maxey; and his grandchildren, Bailee, Lilianna, Kaylianna, Waylon, Noah and Landon.
