He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arnold Hood and Wilma Mabel Helton Hood; and his wife Vikki Leigh Taylor Hood. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Ann Hood Booth (Leslie K. Booth) and Donald Alex Hood (Linda G. Chiles); his nieces, Tina Michelle Rucker Loftus, Laura Allison Hood Mitchell and Elizabeth Ann Hood Cullum; his nephew Bradley Scott Rucker; his great-nephews, Carter, Greyson, Maverick Mitchell and Griffin Cullum; and his caregiver Karen Lisa Gregory Farris.
