She is survived by: her husband Paul Mitchell; her children, Amanda Hodges (Brian) of London, KY, Ashley Smith (Taylor) of London, KY and Angela Wilson (Chuck) of London, KY; her grandchildren, Tacita Johnson (Dominique), Traeton Napier, Tanner Hammons, Payton Cawood, Palmer Smith, Scout Wilson, Millie Wilson, Blake Hodges and Braydon Hodges; and her great grandchild Kingston Johnson.
